This year's keynote speaker is Nick Baumgartner — a five-time Olympian, 2022 Olympic Gold Medalist, and Iron River, Michigan native who funded his career pouring concrete. He competed at his fifth Olympics in Milan-Cortina this past February at age 44 — the oldest athlete on the U.S. snowboard cross team.
