As the longest-serving CEO of YPO, a global community of more than 38,000 chief executives in 150 countries, Scott built a career around human connection, earned trust, and the conviction that people deserve the space to make their own choices. Scott now provides strategic counsel through Forrader Group LLC and serves on several boards. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern and a BA degree from Michigan State. Scott and his wife, Vicki, live in Traverse City, Michigan. They have three grown children.
