In this role, Kaddis provides leadership and direction in the development and delivery of all BCBSM and Blue Care Network pharmacy programs and services. His responsibilities focus on ensuring all programs, products, and processes fully align with corporate objectives.
Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaddis was the executive vice president of sales and strategic alignment/envoy health for Diplomat Pharmacy. He also served as senior vice president, sales and business development, and vice president, managed markets, at Diplomat Pharmacy, during the time when Diplomat experienced record revenue growth.
Dr. Kaddis earned a doctor of pharmacy degree from Wayne State University.
